Communication with Dr. William W. Westcott

1910 - Dr. Wm. W. Westcott informs Dr. Plummer of the intention to present The High Council of the Societas Rosicruciana in Anglia with his application. The application for another American Charter was not accepted . However, it was during this time that the Societas Rosicruciana in America received the status from Dr. Wm. W. Westcott to work with the Golden Dawn system.
