Societas Rosicruciana in America
| The Society of Rosicrucians is the incorporation of the Societas Rosicruciana in America (SRIA), or the Latin name by which the "Rosicrucian Society in America" is popularly known. It is a lineal descendent and in America, the branch of the Society carrying the tradition which was first formulated by Christian Rosenkreutz, the esoteric pseudonym of a spiritual leader and Adept who was born in 1378 and died in 1484. The Societas Rosicruciana in America, through Frater Sylvester C. Gould, was derived directly from the older Societatus Rosicrucianae in the United States, which in turn, derived from the English Society. The Societas Rosicruciana in America was instituted in 1909 and its High Council was incorporated under the laws of the State of New York, September 16, 1912 and since then, has developed a complete system of esoteric instruction for its members. Today, the Society of Rosicrucians, Inc., or Societas
Rosicruciana in America, is composed of Collegiate and Associate Membership
groups who are devoted to intensive personal development and spiritual
unfoldment through a study of the forces, faculties and capabilities of
the human individual, as revealed by his evolutionary progress and status.
It admits to membership men and women whom it finds ready, and provides
studies in all branches of esoteric and spiritual science. It adheres
to a positive gospel of affirmation, constructive effort, personal responsibility,
and moral accountability. The Rosicrucian Philosophy According to

source of inspiration. It is highly recommended for student and friend
alike, as it is the perfect gift for any occasion. The Science of Death
Throughout the pages of this little book, the abysmal darkness of fear must give way before the light of knowing. Also in the pages of this book, you will find the emotional and spiritual needs of both the bereaved and the "dying" are more than adequately met, turning fear and uncertainty into joy and anticipation. It gives the knowledge and assurance that Life is eternal and that God is just, because God is love. "God does not give to take away again. He gives abundantly and then ten-fold. Thus, we "die" to live again, and again. God's masterpiece to unfold." L.G.
